DO YOU DO EVENT PLANNING FULL TIME?
Yes! Cross the T's Event Company is my full-time job.
HOW MANY EVENTS DO YOU BOOK?
In order to allow me to pour my heart and soul into every event, I currently restrict bookings to a maximum of one event per weekend and take on a very limited number of events per year.
HOW DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR SERVICES?
Just as every event we work on is unique, we provide custom, flat rate quotes for our services. Factors we consider include: service type, event purpose, location(s), guest count, activities, general logistics, number of vendors involved, and how much set-up and take down is expected.
For weddings, our services start at $1,000 for coordination and go up from there for full-service planning and design. Baby showers, private parties and other special occasions usually range between $500 to $2,000.

We work with a variety of preferred suppliers and creatives to offer clients the opportunity to select vendors that fit their own style and budget.
HOW DID CROSS THE T'S EVENT CO. GET ITS NAME?
I pride myself in going above and beyond for each and everyone one of my clients, no matter how large or how small the event may be; I wanted a name that would reflect that. I also wanted a name that would communicate our involvement in planning and designing a variety of celebrations.
WHY DO WE NEED AN EVENT PLANNER?
An event planner’s primary goal and responsibility is to help you stay focused and organized. We’re here to help you stay on track, refer to you reputable vendors, supply a wealth of resources, and negotiate on your behalf and carry out your vision. In addition to planning your event, if you engage us for services, we will wimbly react to any possible wrinkle that may occur.
WILL YOU WORK WITH THE VENDORS WE SELECT, OR ONLY THOSE
We will absolutely work with your choice of licensed and insured vendors, however we have a great team of preferred vendors that we work with should you need any referrals.

Without a doubt, our ability to plan, manage, and execute seamless logistics. With the right vendors, just about anyone can make an event “pretty.” To make an event smooth, remarkable, and delightful for attendees, one must be able to craft a thorough logistical plan.
